oh man, whenever I read literature that has capital punishment in it, I ponder what it would be like to be the one about to be executed and its very anxiety provoking. i think id go with lethal injection.

Being Irish and Italian it is so unfair making me pick. But if I must I would go with pasta.

Night person at heart, but life is full of concessions.
Liberal or conservative?
Neither, but If I have to choose then conservative because nearly everyone I know is a true blue liberal and I like to bother them by not agreeing with them all the time. I don't think 'left' and 'right' are meaningful distinctions either. I prefer Peter Hitchens to Christopher Hitchens if that helps.
Communism or Capitalism?
Capitalism. As Churchill said of democracy, it is the worst possible system except for all the others.

Oolong, but between green, white and oolong I have no strong preference.
Black or pu'er, tea.
In the West, I think they are the same thing (called red tea in the Far East). But if you mean that toxic stuff from Sri Lanka (which I think is called black tea in India), then no, give me pu'er any day.
