Many prefer synthetic materials, but I am loyal to cotton and wool as they are so much more comfortable, breathable, and don't get pille. However, most of my clothing does not require ironing.
I don't think cotton knits need pressing, so those might be an option.
That's my son's attitude about a lot of his "nos" too but popcorn is one thing he's learned the hard way he absolutely can not touch. It is hard for him at the theatre but he just buys candy instead. I don't think the sugar is great for him but it's better than getting pieces of popcorn hulls lodged in his intestine so he's learned to live with it.
Can you guys have those popcorn puffs? It's not the same but it's close.
Well, Isaac can have it. It's not quite the same thing and it seems to have the effect of making him more bitter he can't have the real stuff but he's been known to break down and eat it once in awhile. :p
Herbal and fruit teas are fine. Its the caffine on coffee and tea that causes spasms. I'm drinking peppermint tea at the moment which is very good for me. Also i have to get my hands on fennel tea because its supposed to help get rid of the bloating caused by the IBS. I have a LOT of herbel and fruit teas at home. nettle is one of my favourites.
Sugary things are a nono i think. I'm not allowed to eat milk or white chocolate (the gastroentrologist nicely told me this while my mam was sitting beside me!) but i can eat high cocoa chocolate (dark) 65% and above, because its full of antioxadents.
Whats popcorn puffs?
I've got exams every-darned-day and lately i'm staying up either late or the whole night! And I've wasted some time back last night writing a poem. Now i've got drooping eyes and a thirsty soul. Though there's a lot to do, I'm in high spirits and just can NOT study right now for some reason. Who else thinks I need some coffee? :(
I think you need a sound sleep. Its okay to take a break, despite the hectic schedule, to re-charge your batteries :) .
But I'm so high I cant even sleep. :D
The world's feeling so wonderful i dont want to miss it while sleeping! :D
I agree with madhuri. Sounds like you need some time to wind down first, though. When I'm feeling over-strung I always find a that I relax best by making myself a hot cup of herbal tea, climbing into a cozy chair and listening to some quiet music. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78...obedsmiley.gif
Symphony, sleeping is good too, you can always dream :p Anything is possible in dreams :)
The world is dream enough at this very moment. :D
Where's my coffee dammit?
I promise to be a good girl and sleep! :) A bit later.
