:)
I did about 30 minutes of "yoga" and then walked about the same amount of time.

let's see my daily routine consists of caring for 50 horses (28 of which are stalled) feed, turn out and muck their stalls all before noon, some weeks I hand roll round bales into fields. Most days I ride up to two times a day (whether its my gelding or another horse) I also deal with my mare everyday. I bring in and then I'm in my house doing schoolwork, also I am out doing night check 3 times a week.
Now that winter is upon us, I am a frequent snowboarder and love to hit the hills.
on the weekends I stack fire wood which is no less than 3 quarts..thats about how much exercise I get.
:P
Hmm..well, I exercised in the afternoon (yoga). I'm not too much of a morning person.
Well... It's still morning here, so I'll have some time to get moving, but nothing yet. Nothing except dressing in very warm clothes, that is: It is a bit nippy outside (-25C/-13F:cold:), and I have a cold at the moment so there will be no biking today.

I have done absolutely nothing but sit on my rear in front of the computer... Ok, I'm off for a walk. This question made me feel a tad lazy. :P Maybe I'll warm up that way.
Well I had swimming training from 6-7.30 this morning and had a light gym session in the afternoon.
I think that is almost enough to stay fit :)
This morning I got in a couple of stretching exercises. First the left arm, then the right, then both simulaneously, then a big yawn, followed by rubbing the sleep from eyes, then I rolled over and went back to sleep.
A bit later I woke again and trudged and tripped the length of the obstacle course that is my home, made it to the kitchen with a gasping breath and managed to turn on the kettle in the nick of time before caffeine withdrawal sent me crawling back to bed.
Then I turned on the computer, set my browser level to 200% til my eyes adjusted, and ate a bit of food until lunchtime, thence discovering It's a Wonderful Life was on if I was patient enough. To my complete surprise I remembered none of it - because I'd never seen it! Only clips of it which I also couldn't place
Verdict? Not totally bad for what it was - A Christmas Carol knockoff, set in Small Town U.S.A. Okey dokey, it was a little hokey, but it's a Xmas flick.
What's this have to do with exercise, you may wonder? Absolutely nothing - it's Christmas!
Merry Christmas Everybody!
Ok, ok, so had to do Christmas shopping... Parking inspectors were out. Son decided to walk. Golly. 26degrees... So hot... But 40minutes later. Felt really good walked all the way. :)
I often have to walk under a summer of 38 C or above, without enough trees to lend a shade along the track. Quite a desert http://smiles.kolobok.us/standart/heat.gif
Well, it is not too hot here, and certainly not +38C. It is more like -10C/14F, so I spent this morning skiing (Cross country). Great exercise without tormenting my joints unnecessarily.

I played Wii tennis and Wii baseball. My game has improved after putting away the Christmas tree, which restricted my movements.
X-country ski -- 5 miles
I got out of bed and sat down
Well, drank the rich-protein drink and did pull ups.
