Yes I have, I see cows every day on the streets, creating road blocks and sometimes causing accidents too. I remember an incident, in my previous company, there was a foreign client visiting us, and he wanted to take a picture of street cows. The team lead brought him to us, we were standing outside office premises, asking us if we have seen some cow, as this client wanted to take pictures. And we were like What??!! :eek2: Have you never ever seen a cow? :lol: (Actually it's a common sight for us). Then we directed him towards a dustbin, the most likely place to see street animals.

No I am not playing darts. And, yes, cows are sacred to Hindus. You won't find beef available, I don't know if one can obtain it secretly. The condition of street animals is not good. The cows, dogs and cats you will see all on the street near dustbins.
