Can Mr. Can can a can? http://bluerose.batcave.net/emoticons/whistling.gif
Can he can-can while he cans the can? While on the can?
hmmm, Can A B C?
why are we talking about the alphabet when the real question is how much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
What IF a wood chuck could not chuck wood? We wouldn't be able to find out how much a wood chuck chucks, isn't it?
What if no one here actually knows exactly what a "woodchuck" is? Can the woodchuck still chuck wood assuming said woodchuck hypothetically exists? What will we do with all the wood the woodchuck chuck's our way, can we can it in shiny cans for marketing as Canned Chucked Wood (freshly chucked by the woodchuck who chucked wood, would you like a can?) http://www.industreal.spb.ru/smiles/masyanya.gif
Is not a woodchuck a member of the rodent family? Perhaps wearing a plaid shirt like a lumberjack? ;)
Isn't that why manly men who wear lumberjack plaid shirts are usually named 'Chuck'?
How many manly men named 'Chuck' have you seen wearing lumberjack plaid shirts?
And do they usually wear women's clothing and hang out in bars?
(And now, for something completely different...)
Well, Kathy, I'm no snitch, see, but our friend the woodchuck has a birthday on February 2, I'm fairly sure, but you do understand you didn't hear this from me? Don't you think Simple Simon had a point asking to taste a pie before buying it? I mean you don't buy a car without trying it out, do you? http://www.industreal.spb.ru/smiles/black.gif
So you think a groundhog is mostly like a woodchuck, except it sings the Monty Python Lumberjack song?
What is this about some guy named Simon buying a car?
Has Simon bought a car?
Well, in my neck of the woods, do you know we call them "groundhogs", "woodchucks", "chucks", "whistlepigs", and other names and I believe the encyclopedia will agree with us that they are all the same animal? I don't know if Simple Simon ever bought that car, he was still asking the Pieman to taste or sample his goods at the fair but the Pieman was rather uncooperative don't you think? http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/er...smiley-002.gif
An uncoooperative Pieman?
Don't you know the Muffin Man down on Drury Lane is much more easygoing?
Perhaps a bit too easygoing? How many women have been married to the Muffin Man? (The Muffin Man?? THE MUFFIN MAN!!)
Are you saying that Muffin Man is a pushover?
What about the Gingerbread Man, then?
(NOT the buttons!!! :p )
What is it with the Gingerbread Man and gumdrops?
Well, we don't want it said that the Gingerbread Man is a streaker (i.e., one who runs around unclothed!), now do we? And after all those gumdrops are the buttons on his, uh, clothes, right? http://1000smilies.com/shrek.gif
Do you think that the Gingerbread Man eats gingersnap cookies? :brow:
Wouldn't they be his hommies? Wouldn't that amount to cannibalism? http://www.industreal.spb.ru/smiles/scull.gif
You may have a point there, but didn't we say something similiar about Aimus and his turnips?
Did we? Why do I get the idea that I missed the meeting and someone forgot to read me the minutes? ;) :D
Maybe, did you know I feel that way sometimes about this thread as well?
Do you suppose that it has something to do with our obvious forum addiction? :brow:
But don't we show exceptional good taste by being here? :)
You have to ASK? http://www.cosgan.de/images/kao/figuren/g080.gif
Ordinarily, no but surely I should try to as this is the questions only thread, right? :D :D
What else is kathy addicted to?
Do you mean in addition to my Lit-Net forum addiction? :brow:
Why not? ;)
Would you believe my response of coffee and RPGs? ;)
RPGs? Why didn't you say so? Why aren't you a member of the Home of RPGs forum? Haven't you heard of the special forum founded by LitNet members for the express purpose of RPing?
Erm...what kind of RPGs? :brow:
The Lit-Net has forums for RPGs?
Do you know that 80% of certain games of this genre feature the word "dungeon" as part of their title?
Would you believe I made that up, but that it certainly seems like a lot, yes? :brow:
Would you like the URL of the Home of RPGs, once I've got my computer fixed?
Wouldn't we all feel the loss of Kathy devoting any greater portion of her free time to something other than the LitNet?
Our dear dead undying one wouldn't do that to those of us who carefully light the votive candles around her crypt and keep her undying flesh forever young with our poems and songs and praises, would she? ;)
That may well depend on whether or not she appreciates that last post, correct?
Do you think I could just abandon my wonderful litnet pals in such a fashion?
Am I not a well known multi-tasker? :brow:
Will Robin give me the link that I would like when he gets his computer fixed?
Am I just asking too many questions now? :p :D
