Jay wants me to name my fish after her.

Papaya thinks axolotls are fish!
Jay thinks that axolots are salamanders
Taliesin sounds very devoted to role-playing games, which requires, it seems, much planning and using of tactical skills; he (they) also thought of a hilarious battle between Pratchett and Rowling.
The person above me has just had a dose of the old saying "what goes around comes around" hes getting glasses  not that he should be worried glasses are great:nod:
Well except ifyour in the habit of getting into what I belive is termed as brawls (?) or fights:argue: in which case glasses are bad with a capital 'B' because the glass might break and end up blinding you:eek2: and can you still be a nurse when your blind??? ;) ;)
You know I reeeeeally wish that I could rembere how I used to get smilies from other places to work they dont sem to want to and I feel like finding a hug smilie.
The person above me has a username that does not fit the title "lady of the Smilies" in my imagination.... it could be however, that my imagination isn't very good in the first place. ;)
The person above me teaches piano, and I wonder if she knows any works by Chopin (one of my favorite composers), or has read one of my favorite D.H. Lawrence poems:
Quote:
Piano
Softly, in the dusk, a woman is singing to me;
Taking me back down the vista of years, till I see
A child sitting under the piano, in the boom of the tingling strings
And pressing the small, poised feet of a mother who smiles as she sings.
In spite of myself, the insidious mastery of song
Betrays me back, till the heart of me weeps to belong
To the old Sunday evenings at home, with winter outside
And hymns in the cosy parlour, the tinkling piano our guide.
So now it is vain for the singer to burst into clamour
With the great black piano appassionato. The glamour
Of childish days is upon me, my manhood is cast
Down in the flood of remembrance, I weep like a child for the past.
The person above me likes Shelley, as I do, and is a medical student with a knack for complimenting people (such as myself ;)).

Thanks mono! I've never read that poem before, but I play lots of songs by Chopin. He's my favourite composer. :D

The person above me frequently asks very thought-provoking and intelligent questions (in a good way!) in the 'Ask The Person Below You' thread.
