To select one is difficult but the quotes i have posted in the "Favourite Quotes" are all my favourites. Recently i can across, wont say a quote its more of a prayer, this is also good;

I would be sweetness and light. Sinning, in many ways, is pretty arbitrary. I wouldn't have a problem smiting a killer, but I would hate to have to smite a swearer.

Definitely Kali. A far more enduring deity who was still being worshipped in the 19th Century. Zeus has been out of the game for a couple of millennia!
