I mention that there is no reason to think that it is his hill, since I believe that it is I, Billl, who stands at the highest point. The King disagrees, but to no avail. My belief persists. I have no evidence to the contrary.
Tiring of my presence, the King offers to prove his preeminence by affording me a moment at the top of the hill, so that I might appreciate the superior view.
And I am made King.
Bored, the Dragon looks through the dimensional portal and frowns at billl's hill. He stretches out a claw and carves a rune of power into the rock. The Dragon doen't want bill's hill, but the rune will keep billl from being happy there (or anyone else for that matter!)

Not for long!
Unaffected by the rune (having never learned to read Rune-ish), I nevertheless decide to continue on with my hike and leave the hill vacant, (accidentally kicking the rock inscribed by Pendragon along the way, sending it tumbling into a crevice).
The hill is vacant.
And yet the rune of power holds, for had billl been happy on the hill, he would not so readily left it vacant. The Dragon wonders if building a statue there would be of worth.

And I climb easily onto it. Odd... Awfully quiet up here on my own.

Ok, so I don't get to lift my foot but you're still not getting my hill, Nikhar! I don't need to lift my feet to be able to fight you off and defend my hill.

Not anymore. Galzraa snipes Jay with enough tranquilizer to knock out an elephant and slices the top of the Hill with his long, white, shiny sword. As Jay, and the top half inch of the Hill fall down, I take the Hill.

After the tranquilizer wore off, I gots very mad and angry and all kinds of grrrr, catching up with King, stealing all bits of my hill, bring them back home, glue them together and continue to glare evilly at everything that breathes... or moves... or just is...
