I don't have any major issues with expressing or repressing anger. When I'm not happy you will know it. It's the people that bottle their emotions inside(not me) or have some unresolved issues (not me again) that need the Anger Management or Encourgement classes. I would say the same for my most recent (sob) ex.
I did have some old exes that could have used both Anger Management and Encourgement classes though.

Interviewer: "Well, lilmarlene - we've looked at your questionnaire and you've answered every question perfectly - your'e the first to do so. So balanced and controlled, it's most impressive".

Lilmarlene: "Thanks" she beamed, "my resolution for self control is like the wars now waged for peace - ya-know-i-mean?"

Interviewer: "hhmmm," excitably scribbling the back of his hand, "we have one more teeny weeny question, and it really determines whether or not you can be released: When you open the drawer after having poured yourself a big bowl of cereal or a bowl of anything really, do you reach for a Small or Large Spoon?"

I am balanced and I am controlled. I'm not negative or self destructive or terribly insecure except for the usual stuff, (like is my a** too big etc). I am very social,outgoing and make friends easily and have a large group of diverse friends. I can be a little shy at times and don't always reveal how I feel, especially where love is concerned. I don't get angry easily either but when I do, my anger is so hot that it’s cold, the exception would be if I catch a bf in a compromising position, then all bets are off. I'm not claiming to be perfect but I don't have any major issues.
