Ah. Now that's a tricky one! It might depend on the sex of the indiviual. There are those who might consider silence in a female to be a virtue, but in my experience, the silence of a woman usually comes with, "The Look," something to be avoided at all costs - LOL. Then again, in a man, "life and soul of the party" springs to mind, and the appeal of this type rapidly wanes ;) I'll plump for a gregarious woman! :D
