I usually wake up, have breakfast (Toasted sandwich with dark chocolate peanut butter, black cherry jam & dessicated coconut and a large hot chocolate). Then have my first Cognac at about 8:30 or 9 AM. Or I shove some Grand Marnier in the hot chocolate.
