Check my phone , turn on the news, put on the kettle for a cup of tea.

Drag myself out of bed, clean out the litter tray, feed & water the cat, drink coffee.
What is the last thing you do before going to sleep?
Take the dog for a walk, perform various hygienic rituals ,anoint myself with my potions and lotions perhaps read a bit or play on the computer....turn off the light.
