I almost agree with the PAM--I cried when Gandalf fell in the book, however, because when I saw the movie I already knew what was going to happen. When it comes to the movies, I cried when Sam says "But I can carry you!" and picks up Frodo.
By the way, it took me forever to figure out who Pam was. I had to look back quite a few pages.
