Should Iced Buns have currants in them, or are they better plain?
Why would anyone wat to ice a bun? Buns are best un-iced as Al Capone used to say. But with currents left in.
I didn't realise that Capone was such an authority on sticky buns. Never seen him in our local bakery. I wonder what he'd make of Belgian Buns? Or the odd Sally Lunn?
