Hey everyone, Larry is enjoying the Ozark Mountains right now. He's spending some time in Little Rock at a meeting with Poppy but he'll be back tomorrow. He seems to be having a pretty good time hanging out with Motherhubbard's brood and checking out the chickens. He also seems to like Bud longnecks...I've been worried about him and Poppy out at the creek but they do get along well. I'll be posting pictures as soon as browneyedbailey gets the downloaded and sent to me. I hope to get Larry to B-Mental by St. Pat's day.
I'm sure B would love to have him by Paddys Day!
Cant wait to see the pics!

They have cousin you know I met him about amotyhago I got him to autograph his photo and everything and it was in the post but the daft thing beeing a cheap so and so didnt pay enough postage so it bounced back.

Hello? G5, Motherhubbard, Bailey or Poppy (or another member of the family) if you are there, can you please tell me what in the world is the current situation is? Its been over four months now and we really need to get the ball rolling...or rather Larry travelling....

First off I want to say that I didn’t sign up for a visit from Larry because I did not want the responsibility. I think it is a great idea and it sounds like something it would be fun to be a part of, but this is a hectic time for me and I doubt that I will be participating in any such activities until after graduate school. That’s a long time from now.
Now I feel I should explain for my mother since she hasn’t been on in some time, but I’m not real sure just what to say. She has been out of state for a long time. I’m not real sure just how long but maybe two months. I know that ideally Larry would have been mailed on to the next person before the trip. I have mentioned the matter to my mother, but I have actually only talked with her three times in the past two months. I will see what I can do about it this week.
Finally, I hate that there has been this big disruption in Larry’s trip. This situation makes me very nervous and uncomfortable and I don’t know how to approach anyone here or there about it. I really am sorry. I do hope that everyone will continue to be patient. If you have a question or something please feel free to PM me, but I want to ask that everyone leave Bailey out of it. I don’t want her to feel pressure or guilt or anything about the situation as she has nothing to do with it and no power to do anything about it. I’m glad that she likes coming here to talk about books and visit with people her age in a relatively safe and kind environment. I just don’t want her to feel as uncomfortable as I do. -
You guys should not feel nervous or uncomfortable here, you are amongst friends. Your explanation for what's up with Larry should suffice and we just have to be patient, as you have asked.

I know it has nothing to do with you or Bailey but i was only asking if you could help me out and let me know what the current situation is as it has been four months. I just dont want it to break out into a moaning fest like it almost did with the Calif sit, which is highly unfair to the people involved, or not involved in this case. I know your Mam is off doing a course, so i understand that she is really busy. Like i said, I just want to know what the current situation is, as i'm sure you understand that we need to get it moving. If you hear from G5, just ask her to PM me if she has the time to. I'd really appriciate it if you could help me. :)

I just want everyone to note that NO one is to make any member of the Larry group feel uncomfortable, or angry. If you are agitated about current situations or anything that will occur in the future, as i'm sure there are bound to be more delays as he moves along, please, please, dont vent it out in the thread, or send angry PMs to any member involved. I got a new camera! I was hoping that Larry wouldn't make it to me before I got it, and luckily, he is on hiatus somewhere!! Hopefully, he will make it to the Tennessee Valley before the end of summer. If not, well, that's cool. I am just so excited that I got a new camera. And I have this photo editing software and it is so much fun to take pictures and manipulate them...I can't wait till Larry gets here!!
