I don't know which is worse having to pack or having to watch the movers pack/
Would you take more notice of a plea for help from someone you know than someone you don't know? Would you only offer assistance if it did not interfere with whatever you were doing at the time? Would a bad mood prevent you reasuring someone who needs help? Are we more self-involved than we like to think and do we only do what suits us best? Would we not get a certain amount of pleasure out of helping someone? But then, would they bother to say thank you or are they just like us?

The computer guy was out three weeks ago to fix my computer. When he left I noticed a scratch and a small gouge on my laptop. The gouge was between the top metal and the bottom plastic. It looked like he tried to pry it open at that point. I complain. The company sends out replacement parts, I ask that the original guy not show up. Today guess who shows up? The original guy. He asks so I show him the problem and he has the nerve to ask if I know how it happened??? He happened!!!
