um...freaky colors? yes: purple and blue (dont ask, i was..like..you know...like....fifteen!)
right now my hair is "foiled" a lovely vibrant red (like cheap wine) which you are welcome to view on my website, the photo from Valentine's shows most clearly....
as far as how often..shhhhh...dont tell anyone, but i have to cover a bit of grey; I've not yet shed the vanity of youth.....

No - my library isn't very extensive. My dad must own every book that's ever been published (and judging by the sheer volume, a few that have yet to exist), so I just borrow from his "vault" in the basement. (It's like going to get the cask of Amantillado whenever I want to read something. :D)

trouble communicating? well first off, my love told me around 10 years ago he wasn't fighting with me anymore. so no more screaming (see i was shakespeare's katherine :D) and now we just make nice and talk calmly and repeat what we think we heard and work through things. and we really don't disagree much anymore. sort of would be a headache after 13 years, like why bother.

I'm afraid of being force-fed. I was traumatized by my babysitter who used to force-feed me stewed tomatoes. To this day I can't eat somthing out of someone elses hand (even if they're just holding a fork), and I can't eat tomatoes. I'm also afraid of the dentist.
Why do dental tools have to look so scary? Why can't they make them fun looking?
Cause then they'd be cotton candy, and that would be counterproductive. They also wouldn't have the chipping-power they demonstrated on the enamel of my front tooth at my most recent visit. Gah... enough about dentistry -- I have to have all of my wisdom teeth out later this month :(

No, but we had to get rid of our kitty when we moved to Britain so he wouldn't get put in quarantine, so that felt like they took him away anyhow. In contrast, on our way back from visiting Paris, my mother and I picked up a loaf of bread for my dad at a little boulangerie, because he's always complaining about how American bread is sawdust compared to European bread, and this young customs officer actually let us take it! He just kind of motioned for us to close the bag and was like, "Uhh... pas de probleme, c'est bon...(ne montre personne!)" *wink, smile* It was great!

If you had to be a teacher, what would you prefer to teach?
Undergraduate literature or Drama. Or studying Drama as literature. I would do novels and dramas rather than poetry.

i fully intend to teach Language Arts, which here in Canada is just another way of saying High School English. of course that is WHEN i finally get through this degree. Quite honestly i would love to just keep going and get my Masters and just teach at the college/university level, but i thinks one has to take a break and work to pay off student loans.
