I have read the first 100 pages. Quite enjoying having all these different characters and wondering how their paths will cross during the story.
Such a shame about the young couple. Really broke my heart.
It is heartbreaking, isn't it? (sob) It's when things like that happen that we do feel like we are in the hands of fate.
Finished the book about two weeks ago... I thought the ending was a little predictable but over all an enjoyable pageturner.
