An Ode To the TacoCopter

I also put it on my blog a few days ago to avoid people saying I copied it.

The result of my Creative Writing class to write a poem about something science-related:

Flying tacos, on machines.
A mexican cuisine in the air.
Sounds too good to be true, but
please be real?
This is like a dream for hipsters.
The government says no, but
“Screw the government!
Just take my money and make it happen!”
Maybe it’s more of a topic to talk about, but
please be real?
Meat in corn shells,
flying through the night sky.
People hungry at 2 AM.
Man, technology is fast.
Why can’t the government hurry up?
Get with the times.
Let tacos fly!

I must say this is the first I've heard of a flying taco delivery machine, and the idea sounds as baffling as it does brilliant! I can't say I'm quite as thrilled about your ode... I think it could use a bit more work, maybe a bit more thought about what you really want to say about this and then work it into a dramatic and lyrical rendering.
