The Beatles
There doesn't seem to be a Beatles thread, which is wrong because they are probably the best popular music group of all time. Anyway, so post the Beatles song you are currently listening to or tell us what you like or whatever Beatles related.

My absolute favourite band of all time, and likely will always be. :) I know all of their songs, and the only one that's a bit grating is Revolution # 9. A bit too avante garde, for me. :)
I like their vaudeville play-song, ''Honey Pie''. I also love ''Mother Nature's Son'', ''Dear Prudence'', ''Sexy Sadie''.. Well, those are all from the White Album, so.. That is definitely my top favourite album, along with Let It Be, Revolver and Abbey Road.
I'd definitely have to draw attention to, ''Long, Long, Long'' by George Harrison though. That song should get a lot more credit than it does. It's so fragile, and beautiful.

While my Guitar Gently Weeps, Here Comes the Sun, and their old poppy number She Loves You. Picking favourite Beatles songs is like picking favourite flavours of ice cream - they're pretty much all amazing. Yes, The Beatles were a great band. Almost as great as The Rolling Stones.

The Beatles and the Beach Boys are one of my favorite what-ifs in music: What if Lennon & McCartney had held it together and Brian Wilson hadn't flamed out? With the amazing latter-day stuff their friendly rivalry was pulling out of them, what kind of music would we have heard from them ten, fifteen, twenty years down the road?
