Jane the Historian
I fully believe Austen's history of England, though brief, is one of the most hysterical culminations of fact and fiction in the history of the English language. "Delightfully silly" doesn't even begin to cover it. Has anyone else read it and what did you think?

I've read it, although I don't remember it very well. It is delightfully silly, and I believe it was written when Austen was 15. How many 15-year-olds can write that well? (Of course, how many 30-year-olds can write as well as the adult Austen?)
