HELP!! Spelman Essay

Hi! I'm having so much trouble writing my essay for Spelman University. I graduate next year but since I know this is where I want to go to school I would like to get started on it early. I'm done with the whole application and I have taken my SAT and made a very good score on it. This essay is killing me though.

The Topic Is: Seeking knowledge and commitment to service are integral parts of the Spelman experience. Discuss and illustrate ways you have shown your
commitment in these areas.
