I've already got seven books in my cart. LOL You and DM are going to get me divorced! LOL Just joking. He might say "Eight books?" but he'd never really get upset. He knows I read all the time. Heck, he spends more on his gym and personal trainer. LOL We're tolerant of each other's vices, if they can be called that.
I remember loving "The Open Boat." Library of America or not, I'm going to have to find the story online and read it. I remember loving it.
I like this:
The horizon narrowed and widened, and dipped and rose, and at all times its edge was jagged with waves that seemed thrust up in points like rocks.
I remember I loved the different viewpoints in the story.
I think Crane is an underrated short story writer.
