I think we have this kind of thread already. Well anyway..I would like the name Jude :)
Shea's thread dealt with baby names. Gimme a sec and I'll find the archaic thread :p

hmmm, oh well..... i got this one from reading an article about celebrity names
Boregard for a boy and Dawn for a girl.
boregard... how come that sounds familiar?
Bongitybongbong is my name and compare but I like the name.
oooh thats a good question....I think I'd call a little girl Raven or Scarlet...as for a boy...maybe Marshall... or I could invent my own names!
Raven's nice.... i like inventing my own names but sometimes thy're way to outlandish... anyone who can invent a good name is a genius in my book (that mostly includes TOlkien and a few others)
Raven is the name of the protagonist at my current work in progress..she lives with nunns.
Hinty, you can also post your works on this forum ;), translation: you can also post your works on this forum
Really?! Oooh I might give that a try...some response would be good...critisms are great when writing a book...I've never showed anything i've written to anyone before...my friends just aren't into creative writing...or reading...that is why I cannot wait for Uni!
Yeah, really, if you write poems, there's a forum part dedicated to that, I think you could post (if you chose so) what you have of the book here, in general chat part as there's not prosaic part... yet (maybe there will be in the future, Admin plans to add the feature sometime if I understood, he now has a programmer working on a members' poetry ... thingy, lol, a sec, will give you a link)
looky here for the poetry thingy:

Thank you! I think I'm going to start writing poetry actually...i'll see if I can find a bit of my story that I like...
Thanks Jay! When I saw this Names thread I thought I was going to have to dig that one up too. I think that was one of the first ones I ever started, it was even before I got married! I still want Cosette for a girl (a couple more years down the road), but Leo hasn't really given me much feedback on that. If he hates it, he may be waiting to change my mind when the time comes.Quote:
