stickies

A small suggestion:

It might be a good idea to put up a sticky in each subforum regarding spam threads, since I have seen advertising spam several times in the general literature section and also philosophical texts. I think some folks who frequent those subforums may not always frequent general chat, where the sticky is located. :)

Nah, the spam is mostly done by automated robots, not real people who would read the warnings.

True, but I was thinking along the idea of the sticky in general chat that explains to members why it isn't a good idea to reply to spam topics.
