Why's that? (His birth date is accurate)
Then it means he wrote the War of the Worlds when he was 12, and became a teacher-pupil at Midhurst Grammar School three years before he was born. I've looked at a few other sources and they say he was born in 1866.
Searched other sites, Aequo is right, it's 1866. I think it's just a bug. Thanks for the idea thoug, Aequo, I never thought about checking if the dates were legit :).
