please help!!

I am not very good at understanding poetry or anything about it. I have to write a paper discussing Kubla Klan and a small biography on Coleridge. I also need to discuss what Coleridge was doing at the time he wrote this poem. Any information you could give would help tremendously!! Thank you!!
