themes

okay, well i know what the themes of the book are: deception, love... etc. but that's not my problem. my problem is that i need to find 2 universal themes (meaning themes that can be used today) in Act 4 Scene 1. I was thinking maybe "desperate times call for desperate measures"... please help!

How about "disgrace in public" as another universal theme ? You could bring in embarrassing talk-show-revelations of today's television programme or the habit of many people to display their revenges via the Internet. Just a thought :).
