Drama performance on....

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
I would VERY much aprreciate it if someone gave me the correct pronounciation of the name 'Jekyll'. I have heard it two ways:

je-kill

or

jee-kill

please, any help would be most valued. This is a solo for unit 4 VCE drama (high school last year). It will come up in my ENTRE so I want it to be as accuirit (bad spelling, sorry) as possible.
