An Introduction

Hello everyone. I'm Laura, a 26-year old single mother from Terre Haute, Indiana. I've loved reading since the day I picked it up. My love of the english language has grown over the years and finally, after many years of procrastination, I've started pursuing a degree. I hope to be teaching high school creative writing before my son starts school in 2011. I'm thrilled that there are people and places out there who celebrate teaching. So far most of the people I tell what it is I'm planning to do after I graduate have been far from supportive. But, it's my dream.
