Good. Was thinking of quitting but decided to stick it out afterall. I am now a 'manager' with an assistant and everything. Kind of freaky as I am still not convinced I know what Im doing.

Hiya! So I think I have finally gotten back to being a little less rabidly political than I have been in the last few months and am safe to come back. How are you?
That sounds nifty! unfortunatly I all my day is timetabled for lessons more or less so I have no time to tidy and then the adminstartion wants to know whay the library isnt tidy! : but its better now I lost 6 classes although now I am in charge of lunchitime detention, Ive opened the library for kids at lunchtime ( before they were only allowed into the libry during library lessons) setting up and running studnet hall and playground moniters watching any unspervised kids , making posters for whichever of my 5 bosses decides they need it now, and am resraching ways to decrease violence and aggression in schools as I am going to be on the panel for the antiviolence campaign. Oh and judging competios and am in charge of the assembaly sound system.. I need to be able to split into 4 or 5 still I am really enjoying it for all that!
My Desk isn't very tidy either but I've been making an effort to organize, I've even purchased one of those planner things. I have to say it does come in handy.. A coworker always tells me that I should set aside a specific time each day to sort out my desk I'm going to set my alarm for a certain time each day and see how that works..
Yeah, a kid asked me today why my desk was never tidy- and I asked what do you mean you should have seen it last week! At the moment it is piled high with copybooks I need to mark, 4 stacks of new books that need to be processed , my intray whihc is overflowing with paper my second printer ( the only colour printer which I have to moniter) an old style 'big' moniter oh my lesson plan book and whatever random bottle sof water that keep appearing and arent mine and whatever else suddenly turns up on my desk everytime I turn around... oh and a scrap paper box. At least now I can see the desk - kind of!
I know how you feel. It seems like I almost catch up and more gets piled on..
that about sums it up, alright and I never seem to get my work done either!
Yipes, sounds like they are keeping you busy at work!!!
No joined in december but I didngo all last month as I was too caught up with backlogged workk was staying till I literally got kicked out by the janitrs most nights
