I am keeping up with the rowing, I am an even 200 again. Am happy with all except the gut, so I am forcing 50 ab crunches out of myself each morning before I leave for work of a morning now too
That was good. I enjoyed that. Hope your basement is better. Did you see my comment about thinking about getting a backup generator in the event the power goes out? A couple of guys at work were fearing the same problem with their power and the sump pump and they got generators just in case. Not sure what they cost though.
