Happy Birthday! Hope the teacher training is going ok I don't know of the Kieslowski film trilogy being available online, although they used to have them on the shelf in the 'World Cinema' section of my local Blockbusters. Maybe you could get your local library to get them for you. I guess they will get onto Channel 4 eventually!
Hi M, any chance that the triology is online??
Hi M Thank you for the message I've not been in here for ages and ages! Christmas holidays coming up so I will make that trilogy a number two on my list. Where in this magnificent world are you from? Looking forward to the holidays? I'm from England, training to be a secondary school english teacher. The course is mad and intense and leaves little - wait no, NO TIME for anything else. sigh. excuse me.... Merry x-mas! xx
Hey movie buff, did you ever get around to watching Kieslowski's 'The Three Colours' trilogy?
You’re welcome. Let me know what you think if you do get to see them. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I think I’m right in saying they are supposed to represent the French Revolutionary ideals of freedom, equality and brotherhood. Very highly acclaimed, with quite a few awards. Certainly not to be missed. Yes I am pretty new to the site and thank you for the welcome. I'm still finding my way around at the moment. It's great to have somewhere full of Literature buffs to exchange thoughts, ideas and advice with. I have to admit I'm a bit of a movie fiend myself so it was good to find threads here for that too.
Hello Thank you for your suggestion on my blog, I've not seen those films but I will try to get hold of a copy soon. Welcome to the forum by the way, I see you're pretty new.
