Oh right, I forgot that it is Memorial Day. Lucky you! Wish I had a three day weekend... I feel pretty exhausted. I am sure the chicken will turn out great. Sounds tasty... but I do loooove chicken, so anything with it is good.
It's still going on...three day weekend. Today is Memorial Day here in the US. I am marinading chicken with my own homemade teriyaki marinade. We didn't have very many ingredients, so I made due with stuff we had. I even used a little apple cider. I guess we'll find out how good it is today.
