Yes, I hope so... We either do that now, or this time next year, we will end up in mortgagee sale and then we lose everything to the bank... No thanks. I would rather have one house and keep my kids in a decent school, than keep the lot and gamble my family. No thank you.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. When we bought the weatherboard house years ago... It was an old 11 square home on a very large block... So we borrowed form the bank and built a second house on the block. (We share a driveway) Last year we had the property devided and now if we sell the front house (as the sale of houses in our area has almost doubled since we first bought it) We should be able to pay off this huge mortgage and be debt free. Unfortunately that doesn't solve the unemployment issue, just no debt. But I am far from finishing the painting and I am very tired.
Don't tell me, this is my first job in 18 months. This is why we are painting the house to sell it.
That's no good dear. Does that mean your job is at risk?
It' been so long since I have worked, I hope I can commit. The guy seems really nice. Have had two phone conversations with him and exchanged a few emails.
I'm a little all over the place at the moment. Here, the other place, painting and today I scored a client... It's only a 1 -2 day editing job, but I will be busy for the next 4 days. Tomorrow we have visitors, meaning I have to step out of character and entertain. Sunday the kids are singing and playing in their school band, for the official opening of the their new school performing arts centre. (This is where Andrew will play the role as Oliver Twist in July) He and the cast will be the first children to use the centre... It's like a mini theatre... What a lucky generation? Then after the weekend I have to do two days of that job. So will only pop in and out.
Have I missed much?
Well, it's 3 in the morning here and I couldn't sleep. So here I am. Will only stay for a short while then try to sleep again. We have visitors tomorrow. And should be on the ball - I guess.
Hi, chickie
Bye bella.
