Between you and I, my kids have missed out on a lot, financially that is, because of this spare house that has cost us a fortune in repairs, not to mention my time. No, nearly. Have just the back of the house and that is a lot smaller than the rest. We had an agent out the other day to check it out. We used him to rent out the property as well. He said he didn't even recognise it and drove straight past it. Anyway he asked us to fix a few odds and ends and then ring him in two weeks and then it goes on the market for sale. I can't wait now. It will be a little sad as it was our first home together and both the children were born there, but what to do. Times are tough, the kids know that and by the way the market is looking we might a have a pretty penny left over to play with. I told Frances that the first thing we'll do is go shopping.
