That's good. American babies tend to be fat. Mine is 20% for length and 50% for weight.

Hey Virgil- Glad to hear things are moving along. This web site is from the CDC- clinical growth charts. www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/clinical_charts.htm It was last modified 4/20/01. Because it is from the CDC, I'm going to assume these charts are pretty valid. They are pretty simple to read.
