Ah, Carrollton, I know it well since I have to pass through part of it during my daily grind down I-35. The Kimbell has now acquired "The Torment of Saint Anthony", the first known painting by Michelangelo Buonarroti. Believed to be painted in 1487-88. I plan to post something regarding this on the Forums at some point.
Well, I live in Carrollton. So, howdy neighbor. Love the Kimball (I've been twice). Our snow's all gone too. What a lovely day that was, the day it snowed.
qimmisung, Thanks for the comment regarding the snow photos. I live north of Dallas/ Ft. Worth near Lake Lewisville. I noticed that the depth of snow increased toward the north and west of Dallas, I was in Ft. Worth today to visit the Kimbell Art Museum and noticed that there is still some snow present, whereas in my neck of the woods it has all melted. Nice to chat with you. By the way Kingfisher's are amazing birds. Every now and then I will hear and see them "fishing" along our creek. Gilliatt
