Cinnamon is just optional. I don't really like it all that much, but my mom is the cook and she likes it, so she sometimes sprinkles it on some meals, especially on her potato pie. That "12" was a typo or you actually counted the trees? I ask because it never occurred to me to count them, but I might do it if you did
