  1. Oh really, Italians? Where in Austrailia do you live? Did I tell, I think I may have, that I have a good size family in Adelaide?
  2. Only the hugable ones - they are all Italian here Virgil I haven't figured out how to get away with out the hugs yet!
  3. Oh you hug all the guys at the parties. Only kidding.
  4. Hi Virgil - no that picture was taken at the work Christmas party. The girls have been begging me to add one and that was the best one I could find.
  5. Hi there

I have started Twelfth Night and to my delight I am actually enjoying it. I am taking it slowly it takes a little getting use to but I have managed to surprise myself.
  6. I love the bookclub I have nine friends, some closer than others, that I would not otherwise have made. I have been a member for six years now. We have 30 members in total with 10 in each chapter we get together as a whole group twice a year which is fun. We were lucky with our group we are all easy to get along with, i wouldn't say we are all like minder we do have some spirited discussion but we are all laid back and get along extremely well. It is always a risk when you join a group that you are not going to fit in or get along. I hit the jack pot with my group.

I will keep you posted on the play reading for sure.
  7. That sounds like fun Jo. Part of the reason I stay on lit net is because i couldn't find a local book club, at least one that I liked. I'm not sure any of my friends actually read. Keep my updated on how Twelfth Night is coming along.
  8. Hi there

Well I am in all sorts of trouble now . Our bookclub got together for breakfast at the beach this morning (we do that every two months) and we were discussing the Shakesphere club that we had decided to start and now all ten woman want to get involved. They voted me the Commander and Chief of the club which is where the trouble comes in - they waited until I went to the bathroom for that vote let me add

We are all really excited about it so I will keep you posted on how we go.
  9. Yeah, back to work for me too on Monday.
  10. Twelfth Night is an excellent play and put on around Christmas. Actually it refers to the twelve days of Christmas I think, though I don't recall anything in the play referring to Christmas. Let me know once you read it if there is any reference to Christmas inside the play. Oh you know you can get all of Shakespeare's plays on the internet. I sometimes print them out because it's easier to read from the pages than from my big tome of all of Shakespeare's plays. But they web sites don't have any notes on the outdated words, at least not the websites I have found.
