I have some weights, but I don't know what to do with them. I would like to start now. I love working out and I think it would help me slim down faster. I just don't know what to do with the weights. I was thinking about taking a weight training class in the spring. I may look at the fall schedule.
you might want to consider starting the weights in the fall/winter. You can buy weights or make your own by being creative. If you don't want to work with weights you can work with a stretch band. I believe they work just as well. Start off with light weights either 2 lb or 3 lb . I have cutout so many articles for working with weights that if you want I can send them to you. I don't need the articles anymore. Continue with your cardio but I would reccommend the weights as well since you should work all parts of your body. This way you can then do interval training which burns more calories then just doing one.
I got a couple of videos yesterday but I haven't done them yet. I think I'll have lots of time for that when the kids go to school on Monday. I'm thinking about weights, but I don't know anything about it. I was planning on adding weights in the spring. I just don't know anything about it.
I walk on Sundays with my mother and friend from the gym. Tuesdays and Thursdays I go by myself. What I need to do is get at least 2 days in at the gym for upper body workout. I went yesterday to gym and the class was great.
three miles every day. I think that when the kids go to school I'll have time to do four miles a day! Did you get to walk?
