No, No, No... no apologies... I'm royally offended... Uh, huh... so you lost your mind, uh? WHY DON'T YOU TELL ME WHERE YOU PUT IT THE LAST TIME SO I CAN HELP YOU FIND IT? Hmm... Okay... Since I am a goodytwoshoes I have decided to forgive you I'll work out a translation. Just give me a li'l time and you'll have it So you took French the second year? Can you play the keyboard by ear, at least a bit? Any musicians in the family?
My apologies. I did read your message but completely forgot to reply. I've spent the last couple of days under the illusion I had sent one, and was waiting for you to send me one back... tch. Where is my mind? Haha, I think Wikipedia can think Funnily enough, I can actually pick out small bits of the song... just little words and phrases though - I studied Spanish at the beginning of High school for just one year, but they wouldn't let me take both Spanish and French (). I would very much appreciate a translation if you would be so kind. I'm feeling rather creative this afternoon... I might dig out our keyboard and learn to play something despite not being able to read music very well at all.
Hmm... me wonders if you read my previous message....
Good for you, don't let them enjoy your agony! SHOW THEM THE FURY YOU'RE MADE OF! ... Yummy, yummy... Kill Bill .... so much blood and dismembered limbs ... yummy, yummy I know that song. Actually many of our local folk bands and soloists perform renditions of it all the time (must be catchy for them too ). If you just came here and stayed for a lil while you would hear its many Argentinian variants According to Wikipedia (I dunno much about Mexican folk songs, sorry ): Malagueña Salerosa is a traditional Mexican folk song written by Elpidio Ramírez, Roque Ramírez and Pedro Galindo, which has been covered by many performers (Wikipedia was probably thinking about Argentinian singers... btw, can Wikipedia think? ). Wikipedia link Lyrics (want a translation?)
Haha, yes they just watched me suffer! But I came out alive, which is always a plus. Haha, don't worry, I would imagine you can handle the smoke better than I can. I was watching Kill Bill 2 (again) not long ago, and there was a song on it named Malaguena Salerosa by Chingon...I believe it's Mexican and I'm assuming it's in Spanish. I wondered, have you ever heard it? It's rather catchy.
So they just stayed there watching you struggle? How cruel... you should have burned them with the sparklers so they know what's good! Me? I'm running away from smokes... I'm beginning to fear them on account of your experiences ...
Haha, you have yourself a deal. Oh, I don't have a breathing problem (or at least I hope not), but I am very sensitive to smoke. I was at a bonfire party last year, and at one point I was holding 3 or 4 sparklers at once, and the smoke emitted from that caused me to cough so much and eventually collapse. You would think someone would have the sense to take them off me, as opposed to watch me struggle haha Or better still, I could have simply put them down. It's quite amusing though... I went camping a few weeks ago, and got too close to the fire. And after a short while, the smoke got to me, and my voice was so sqeaky and hoarse. How are you doing today?
Apparently the Spaniards like our accent too, or so was said by many of them in a poll where they were asked which Spanish accent they liked best, other than their own. Thank you I should learn French too. Let's make a deal: let's a have a chat in French when we both have learnt some of it, agreed? You have a breathing problem? Is it serious? (hope not )
Oh, I was referring to the Argentinian accent You're very welcome; I speak only the truth, haha. And yes, I intend to really work hard on my French in the hope that I can one day speak/write French as well as you can English. Hahaha, that's true; fate has brought us here! You needn't worry, I have no current desire to fight fires of any sort. It was unrealistic anyway, I'm very sensitive to smoke you see. My lungs just can't hack it.
Oh, we're all hard cases then. When I was a child I wanted to be a policeman, until I came to realize that it wasn't that exciting, as in films or TV Then I wanted to be an aircraft pilot, but with my myopia I'd never be admitted in the air force (though it's not a severe condition, luckily). Now I'm having a wonderful career... chatting on Lit Net with my Brit friend A.E.F alias LadyW (If I were a police officer or a pilot we would have never met ) You'd look cute on a Firefighter outfit... hmm... on second thought don't do that... it's a dangerous profession... and I'm not willing to lose you... I'm having lots of fun with our chats I WON'T SHARE OUR CHATS WITH THE FLAMES! My transatlantic banana dancing for you:
