Congrats to you and your wife on being close to adopting - I'm sure you guys will be great parents!
My summer is going. I don't get summers off you you college kids do. Hey, my wife and i are getting really close to adopting. Did I tell you about that? Hopefully in the next two months. I'm glad you had a good summer. Sounds like a good experience. Thanks for stopping by.
I stop by a lot actually- it's just that most of the time it's for a few minutes (except for this week since I can't go anywhere). This summer was reallllly fun . Spent most of it working in a lab for this program I was doing over the summer (first time worked in an animal lab and not a plant one) which sounds kind of lame but is so much fun , got to run a lot of experiments since my PI liked to make us more 'independent'- was kind of scary at first, but got used to it; ended up learning so many different types of protocols and hear about other labs' research. Also met some pretty cool people (they don't go to my college though so :/), went on a couple of field trips and had to make a poster and talk about what I did to anyone who asked (scary). I start next week and am looking forward to most of my classes (except Orgo x__x) and hopefully it won’t be too overwhelming with all the bio classes! How was your summer?
Don't you ever stop by any more? If you do, stop and say hello to me. How was your summer and when do you start your fall semester?
If you go to Andave's latest blog she tells of our meeting up last week: http://www.online-literature.com/forums/blog.php?b=8486. You might be interested.
Funny story in my blog. Think you might get a kick out of it. http://www.online-literature.com/forums/blog.php?b=8365.
I'm fine. Great on your school work. Tell me about your summer research. I'm happy for you Same. You doing great!
The semester was pretty fun actually, busy though- loved all my classes (except for Orgo x__x which was hell, but still managed to pass it... which would usually freak me out, but it's orgo so yeah). Finally got to do some actual lab work instead of just setting up and working in someone else 's lab for this summer program (his research is really interesting and not with plants!) and that's pretty much it. How have you been?
I haven't seen you in a while Same. How did this semester go? Miss ya.
Very tired Same. I've been exhausted. Do well in school and stop back to tell me about it.
