Thought I'd bring this reply where it belongs and I'm glad that you're glad!!!! Yes, that's me with a prairie falcon. I am a falconer but alas, have not been able to fly since moving to the D.R. It's not a popular hobby here by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, they have no idea what I'm talking about. Importing raptors here would be painful as they would have to be quarantined for 6 months and that could be fatal to a bird. I'll have to trap a fledgling if I hope to play here. (or go back to Vancouver Island and play with my mentor's birds. She has over 100. A biologist with a raptor education centre). Great to see you here Virgil!
