Hey I had forgotten you were in England. Having a good time? Did you meet up with Brian? Hey I was just thinking about your country just before while I was reading the newspaper. It mentioned that Angela Merkel was jewish. I didn't know that. That's great. A jewish prime minister of Germany is like a first black president of the US. See the pessimists have it all wrong. Life has definitely, slowly perhaps, gotten better over the last forty or fifty years.
Great. Hope you take pictures.
Hi Virge, how are you? Northampton, where I'm going tomorrow is halfway between London and Birmingham. Warwick is near Coventry, Shrewsbury is close to Wales. Welwyn Garden City and Letchworth Garden City are a bit north of London. I didn't go to Letchworth after all, but Welwyn was nice. I'll write more about it in my blog when I'm back home.
Hey enjoy England. What parts are you traveling to? I know you mentioned the towns, but I don't recognize any of them.
Happy New Year Sleepy. I leave you with a present: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=eG3afAIi6IQ. Now I'm not sure I like the back beat they put to it, but the video is fabulous.
Like Sasha, but maybe with pointier noses... I must look so cool when that man arrives some place and he's got that bunch of dogs walking before him but what if they all want to pee at different times? he'd spend all day walking his dogs and get nothing else done.
Similar to which of my dogs Sleepy? Sasha the Golden Retriever or Brandi the Yellow Labrador Retriever? The one in the profile picture is Sasha. She passed away in 2003. Yikes five dogs. That's a lot to handle.
yesterday I saw a man with 5 dogs like yours! maybe it wasn't the exact same breed, but very similar. I saw them at the drug store. the man was waiting for someone and the dogs were all lying patiently on the ground. One of them pointed his/her nose upwards. They were so cut!
Aunt Shecky has allowed me to put out one of her quizes of the week. Oh do give it a try: http://www.online-literature.com/for...t=38480&page=5, post #70. It's a lot of fun.
bah, of course I didn't take offence you know I'm not easily shocked It's only I'm too busy these days to post much on LitNet. well, not too busy, but I work evenings/nights and laze around during the day.
