Dang, I don't really know what to say... that never happened to me. If I could lay my hands on it I may come up with a clearer idea, but I should see it first. Maybe try with a specific recovery tool for that specific virus. Sometimes those can be found on the web. I wish I knew the virus name. That often helps find specific instructions on how to clean it. Maybe download some self-cleaning proggie. I have to get some sleep. Tell me if you solved the problem. I love you... don't forget.
I only have one account the virus has it blocked. So need to manually override
Maybe you didn't log in as administrator. You have many user accounts on your sys? You need to enter the system with a user that is an admin.
It needs to be restored idk how, have the disk but can't open controll panel says I don't have permission?
