I have checked it .. by the review of many people .. and their comments .. Most of them find it a great book.. and that it capsured their souls. So it really seemed so interesting and kinda sad too as they mentioned the incidents... but i dnt know what happens to the Harley and that mother that he loved, none mentioned it in the review
I can't really advise you without knowing you better except that I get the impression you're a very tender-hearted person, so you might be as upset by it as I am.

I'm coming frighteningly close to the end of a brilliant but very disturbing novel, Back Roads by Tawni O'Dell, I'm scared to finish it because there's bound to be more dark stuff before the end and when I have finished, life might be dull by comparison.
