  1. Happy New Year Sara. I leave you with a present: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=eG3afAIi6IQ. Now I'm not sure I like the back beat they put to it, but the video is fabulous.
  2. Merry Christmas Sara.
  3. Yes, thank you, I am doing well. Busy with school and band and stuff.
  4. Oh I'm fine. That's good about your mother. Hope things are well with you.
  5. Hi Virgil,
My mom is doing much better. She's out of state right now taking care of my grandmother. How have you been lately?
  6. Hi Sara. Thought I'd drop by and say hello. How's your mother doing? I hope well.
  7. Hmm...I'll have to figure it out, but I think it would be neat to start a music group. I'll look into it.
  8. Oh don't be sad. I may not have playing talent, but I do love to listen and understand. I've learned a bit in my years. Hey I mentioned this before if you wish to start a social group of music lovers (jazz and classical or whatever else) I would be glad to join. But if you're busy, would you like me to start it?
  9. It always makes me a little sad to hear people say that they think they have no musical talent. I think people just appreciate it on different levels. Motivation does play a large part in it, though. Glad to hear the keyboard helped
  10. Not when I was young. I did get one of those electronic pianos a few years ago, just so I could play and try to understand music, and I think I was a lot better. I think your suggestion would have helped. I'm not sure I had the best teachers, but frankly I wasn't motivated then. I was into science and sports. I think the motivation to want to learn is the key, especially for a young person. I probably needed direct attention like you suggest.
