The fall appointment is set up for mine as well. We have to check his weight and height. His walking seems to be improving. Good luck with speech, if Matthew does have issues the treatment options are often very successful and the kids love going to speech therapy. Thanks for checking in.
I think Matthew has entered the terrible 2 stage even though he is only 21 months. He is showing signs of independence. I am still somewhat concerned abt his speech but we will address it when we see our pediatrician in September.

that is fabulous that he's walking. the more he walks the more comfortable he'll become then it turns to running. the fun is just beginning LOL

JS is is now able to walk across a room, although he still crawls when he get s frustrated.
I am so glad to hear your son was given a clean bill of health. If he has started taking 3 steps, then its going to be any day. I understand completely when you said "not following the norms of development". Every so often I find myself questioning Matthew's talking ability. He can say quite a bit of words but a lot of the times you have to draw it out of him. Our new pediatrician said not to worry at this point so I am trying.
