It's a tough decision to make. As long as you can get her round the clock care it sounds like a good idea. Your mom still gets to live in her house with round the clock care.
My sister. She lives about half an hour away. I'm in the next state. I swear she's lost ground in the past day. Anyway, she's miserable. It is hard. I'm just not sure what would be the best for her. To stay here with care or a retirement home. She has never wanted to go there, but I feel like her needs would be better attended to. But we can have someone or several someones come around the clock here at her home, so I think that would work. And I'll try to come up once a month. I wish I could just come and stay with her for awhile. Your pictures of Matthew are quite adorable, by the way. I love babies. Take care.
